|Recommended: NoDisappointed in Apartment — We have not been satisfied with everything at our apartment. We have filed many complaints about a variety of issues that came with our apartment and nothing has been fixed or changed. We have called several different times and every time nothing is done about it. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and Clean — Good place to live.
|Recommended: YesGood location — Things are fixed in a timely manner, but often break quickly again. Love the location and space of the building.
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment, but continuous mold — I have enjoyed living in the apartment at 613 however, I have been utterly disappointed by the services provided to me. I spent over a week living outside my apartment because there was a large sum of mold growing in my closet that took a long time to be fixed to then find out that the mold grew back entirely a week later. I have been sick during the entire duration of this mold infestation and am disappointed that the issue has not been resolved. The apartment itself, however, is very spacious and accessible. The kitchen is very nice and has a lot of space to do many types of cooking activities.
|Recommended: YesReview — Its great
|Recommended: NoBeen living with SBA for 3 years — They take advantage of college students and are very unprofessional. The front desk office ladies are great nonetheless.
|Recommended: YesThe best in town — amazing
|Recommended: Yes613 is clean and big — I love 613 due to its large size and ideal location 2 blocks from State Street
|Recommended: YesCould have handled COVID pandemic better — Paying a utility fee for an apartment I am not able to live in at the moment was a bummer.
|Recommended: YesGreat experience. Everything I needed. Nothing I didn't. — Having a large living space is a huge boost to overall quality of life. The maintenance team and management have been nothing but excellent. They keep it low stress. Life isn't that serious, and SBA understands that.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Near state street with lots of food options and grocery stores. Also only 10 mins away from school by bus
|Recommended: NoDecent place to live — It was enjoyable to live here. Very spacious. Couldn't deal with the paper thin walls could hear every word ever spoken on the street as I was kept up every night as a result. There was always garbage laying around the complex and things took forever to get fixed. Annoying that the first and second floors were expected to pay the same price for an un-remodeled unit where the rest of the complex got brand new everything. If you need a decent place to live, this is definitely it. Decent.
|Recommended: YesPetey is the best — Lately our apartment has had some maintenance issues such as no heat and broken disposal and Petey has done such an amazing job responding to our maintenance requests. He is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much I hope we spelled his name right .
