Koval House

Koval House Apartments has four units located inside a historic house on University Avenue. Apartments 1 and 2 (one bedrooms) have dining rooms, sunrooms, large kitchens, and original built-in bookcases. Apartment 4 (one bedroom) has gleaming wood floors, a small dining nook, a large bathroom, and west-facing windows. The two bedroom apartment has a large dining room, lots of windows and wood floors. In all of the apartments, heat and electric are included.
