|Recommended: YesGreat Quality of Life, Great Management — I loved living at lucky apartments. The staff were very friendly and helpful towards any of our needs, and the apartment itself felt very premium and home-like. The pricing was also fair considering the amenities and quality of appliances. Speaking of amenities, the fourth floor terrace was amazing. The hot tub, grills, grassy turf, and fire pit areas are all great for hanging out with friends relaxing after work or class. Overall cleanliness of the complex was superb, and maintenance was quick and thorough. The location was also amazing, since it is right in the center of campus as well as down the street from state street. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to have a good living experience and quality of life on campus.

I would recommend this apartment if you like your own space. The rent is rather high for a college student, especially, for electricity and other utilities included.

|Recommended: YesGreat Atmosphere Location - Minor Flaws — Overall, living at Lucky is very nice. The apartments are large the building is well-kept. Only underlying issues have to do with noise at times being able to hear neighbors a little too easily , heat insulation during the winter and cosmetic flaws with carpeting and appliances.
