the carpet in front of my apartment door are always not vaccummed. I don't know why it's even dirty, wasn't any messy that people in the apartment created.
leasing office not efficient on what we asked, always replying on I'll talk to the manager get noting done in a long period.
hot water have problem frequently and unexpectedly , asked maintenance for help, they were nice, but nothing was fixed
The wifi issue has always been on my nerve. espeically during online classes, it is always just randomly shutting off for random period.

|Recommended: YesBest management, place, and concierge service you can get — I've only been here a couple days and it's by far my favorite place on campus I've lived the past 8 years as an undergrad and an alum . The place is great, convenient, and management and concierge are very nice and helpful.

|Recommended: YesI think Lucky was a great place to stay, but I was I was not apart of the dorm program — It’s a great place to live but expensive. My parents don’t pay my bills so I have had to work many hours on top of my school to keep my lease. The staff is super cool and it is always nice and clean
