|Recommended: NoToo expensive — Location and apartments are very nice, but rent is a total rip off.
|Recommended: YesBest choice of Madison — Lucky is way better than UWM's dormitory. It's about the same price but the room is a hundred times better. I haven't lived in another apartment yet but I'm sure Lucky should be one of the best choices.

|Recommended: YesNot bad, but need to improve on some details — 1. There is a guarding rail being deformed on the parking entrance. It concerns me because my vehicle has a slightly larger body.
2. Albeit being helpful and warm-hearted, the staff is a bit untimely in updating my renters insurance policy, which is now imposing a balance on my monthly bill. I tried updating the insurance info online by myself but was failed by the system.
Overall the apartment is great but can improve on some details. I will consider recommending this apartment to a friend, but I hope the management can fix detail problems and be more passionate everyday. Sometimes I can feel the tiredness of the staff, hopefully the management can come up with some ideas to make them more spiritually robust.
|Recommended: YesExcellent living, great staff — Great apartments and infrastructure, Lucky is well-designed and problems with heating, water, etc. are rare. Their staff provides timely and effective service, and all are very professional.
|Recommended: NoWHY THE ACTUAL FUCK WOULD YOU HAVE A FIRE ALARM TEST AT 7AM — You don't wake people from complete unconsciousness with the loudest sound possible and then repeat that sound for ten minutes. This is insane.
|Recommended: NoSome staff are really good, some are not helpful at all — I rate one star for staff because I had a few unhappy experience. Most of the staff are really nice and friendly, but a few of them should learn how to communicate and think for us.
|Recommended: YesReview — Noise I currently live in apt 915, which is facing University Ave, it gets noisy during nights of weekends and sometimes it is really annoying. My neighbor downstairs sometimes also plays loud music and being a jerk.
|Recommended: YesVery nice but there is room for improvement — The apartment is very nice overall but there are a few areas that need improvement. The elevators are very inefficient, for how much we are paying the quality of some of the furnishings, appliances, and fixtures is quite low, and parking is also very expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can't beat the location.
