|Recommended: YesOverall good — Overall, it was good to live in Lucky APT but me and my roommates were so stressed out during room visit period.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback, and my apologies that the fall sales period, with the apartment showing stressed you out. It's an intense time of year, but it shouldn't affect you. I'll talk to the team and see if there's a better way to manage this next year.
|Recommended: YesAlright — Secure place to live in and ideal location for college students. Maintenance is nice but is a bit pricey for the amount of space given.
Thank you for your feedback, Tina!

|Recommended: YesLiving at Lucky — Overall living at lucky is great but unfortunately my apartment had too many maintenance problems for my liking
Knisha, I'm sorry to hear this. I hope things will get better in the second semester.
|Recommended: YesVery friendly anencephaly helpful staff — They are really here to help, not to hassle. I really enjoy the experience at Lucky. Overall, Lucky is probably one of the best if not the best of all the apartments in Madison.
Zhengliang, than you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate you sharing your experience with other renters!
|Recommended: YesGreat — noise can go through walls
|Recommended: YesQuality Staff for a Non-Quality Apartment — There are definitely things that Lucky can improve on. For the apartment you're getting, Lucky is going to be on the more expensive side. The speed-cook ovens they advertise are more of a hassle than helpful. The units themselves are nice but shoddy and are noticeably low quality. Parking may be in a convenient spot but is pricey. If price is not an issue, this is a fantastic place to live. The staff are extremely friendly and will try to do anything they can to help you. The maintenance crew is outstanding and we've had any issue fixed quickly.
Thank you for the feedback and rating. We're in the process of replacing the speed-cook ovens with regular ovens, but it will be a few years until the project is complete. We agree, they've been a hassle!
|Recommended: YesGood overall — Room is clean and big and staffs are nice and really helpful.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Too lazy...
|Recommended: YesAwesome apt — Awesome apt
|Recommended: YesGreat location, you get what you pay for — Best location on campus. Friendly staff and fast acting maintenance. Only problem was with all glass windows we had a lot of condensation which let to mildew build up. EVENTUALLY the problem was resolved. Overall good experience.
|Recommended: YesAwesome apartment — it is awesomeï¼
|Recommended: YesThe best apartment among all others on campus — My overall experiences at the Lucky apartment for the past one and half year are really great. The staffs work here are extremely friendly and helpful in any time, especially those who work on the first floor reception desk. The whole building is super safe with security patrolling 24 7. Except the noises from streets for those rooms that facing forward the Lake street and the University avenue, this place is quite convenient with the fresh market downstairs and major buildings on campus for students to take classes. I love living in here.
|Recommended: YesVery nice — The location is very convenient and the units are nicely furnished. If something gets broken, maintenance is always available.
