I know that this is a big apartment and I am very grateful for the fact that we do have maintenance. However, I put in 2 work orders a week ago and still have not gotten any response. But otherwise I love it here

And the staff today is extremely rude. He asked for ID and it is also locked in my room so I provide him my last name. He wrongly hear my name and asked me for the email. Because I am not sure which email I am using right now so I asked him, is the email of number or letter And he is so aggressive asking me, you are supposed to offer me these security number. and he is wearing his headphones when he is talking to me. He is not showing any willingness of helping me during the whole process and his tone of asking me is like I am begging him for something he is not supposed to do. I talked about this issue in the residents group chat, and they have met same situation of being treated rudely. We find that they staff is the same person. I am looking forward to hear about the actions to be taken.

I can't say enough about how reliable and responsible the staff who work at Lucky are. It has been such an easy process to sign the lease and receive priority to renew. Megan the property manager is amazing
