Yorktown is an established apartment community that provides a comfortable and convenient living experience. The property was designed to offer you as much privacy as possible, while being located in an accessible location. There are just eight apartments to an entry, and you'll have your own garage and in-unit laundry. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and keep your private balcony or patio well shielded from the road. Each of the 75 two-bedroom apartments has a spacious layout with a master suite with a walk-in closet. There are three levels of design finished to choose from: Urban, Contemporary and Classic. Each one is priced accordingly to meet your budgetary needs and reflect your personal style.

|Recommended: YesIt's an ok property. — Make sure you are friends with your upstairs neighbors, you can hear them walking, listening to the t.v. and other things It's a place that many call home, we just figured after being here we are just not apartment people I do think it is a bit pricey but would recommend to others who like larger apartment living.

|Recommended: YesSufficient — It has been good for us - good location to my girls schools and a quiet neighborhood and mostly young families and professionals. I have been here three years and have stayed because of the reasons listed above. However, recently they have allowed college students to move in and I am really hoping it is not going to be a trend as there have been very loud partying the last few nights. This neighborhood and these building have mostly been been families and professionals. If the partying college student trend continues we will not be renewing. hopefully is just an anomaly that will not continue.

I would also like to add that we adhere to all fair housing laws. Anyone 18 yrs or older who meets our application criteria is welcome to rent at Yorktown and always has been.
