Each apartment comes with beautiful design finishes and the style you'd expect from a Steve Brown Apartments community. They come with in-unit laundry, wood laminate flooring, quality cabinets, stainless appliances (including a range-hood microwave and a dishwasher), and walk-in closets in most units.

|Recommended: NoOverall Very Nice. — I really like the apartment and setup. There is plenty of space for a 1 bedroom, and i really like the appliances. It does seem pricey for the area though, and am a bit concerned with how much rent has risen after just recently being purchased.

|Recommended: YesThe apartments are well-designed, but the rent is too high for the lack of amenities. — The property is very quiet despite having many dogs in our building. The other tenants have all been friendly and pleasant. While I understand that it's very common for rent to increase each year, this property doesn't have any amenities such as a pool or gym and it's in a very small town, so I don't think Madison rent prices should be the norm at this property. There aren't very many rental choices in Mount Horeb, so they can essentially charge whatever they want if people really want to stay in the area. The insulation leaves a lot to be desired as the inside of our windows and the door to our patio are usually dripping with water on the colder days.

|Recommended: YesClean, modern living spaces with friendly neighbors. — I have nothing but positives to say about my time at the NorthCape Apartments. They are new and well-maintained. Complimentary underground parking in a heated lot with addition al storage is a huge bonus. Pets are welcome, and though I don't own one, I have never had an issue with neighbor's pets.
