|Recommended: YesOverall, best place I’ve lived — Everyone is super friendly. Maintenance is quick to get the job done. Biggest downfall is that Trek has weekend long events and uses a sound system the entire time.

|Recommended: YesThis is great place to live. — I would say that it is a very nice quiet complex to live in, neighbors are all nice. Only problem is winter parking for when I have my kids to find parking in visitor spots since people that live there tend to park in them. But that is the only bad thing that I would say.
