Dogs, Cats, Fish, and Caged Birds are welcome! Dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed, and dogs must weigh less than 30 pounds ( breed restrictions are: Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler & Doberman Pinscher ).Maximum of 2 pets, $50/mo. for per dog or cat and $25/mo. per small, caged animal, bird, or reptile. No additional deposit is required. We ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome, but must be disclosed. Exotic pets are not allowed.
