|Recommended: YesIt's great — It's nice because you're close to state street and the capital building. You also get a nice view of the city if you're up in the higher apartments on the left side of the building.
|Recommended: YesIts not bad — each unit can be cozy if you decorate it. it's also located at a very convenient location.
|Recommended: NoDisappointed, Perhaps I was expecting too much — Everything was great until the move-in. Your kind e-mails and satisfaction guarantee probably just made me expect too much.
It has not been even a month since I first moved in, but I have and had to deal with so many issues so far. Just to name a few missing bed upon move-in, broken screens, dead kitchen outlets, ... and now I am dealing with an electricity bill that seems to have mostly come from the A C that was left on unattended for 2 weeks before I actually moved in.
I chose Steve Brown mainly because it's a big, well-known management in Madison, hoping that I would receive your customer-focused services. However, what I'm feeling is that the management is just too busy taking care of so many residents living in their properties that you constantly lack details and do not care about individual circumstances of issues.
I hope the current not-so-good service improves over time, and wish my current issues regarding the electricity bill gets resolved soon.
|Recommended: YesReally nice, but maintenance fixes are slow. — The studio unit is nice and spacious, but a bit costly especially since the leases are yearly. There's a nice gym in the resident lounge on the ground floor, but it's missing a few things like a bench and pull-up bar. The maintenance is quite slow though. I submitted my Resident Check In Inspection almost 2 weeks ago with pictures and descriptions of everything that needed fixing and no one has come by yet. The Internet connection here is also a little slow and inconsistent, cutting in and out from time to time.

|Recommended: YesGreat experience so far — Great balcony view, great location, studio apartment size is nice, friendly staff.
|Recommended: YesIt’s alright — I’m sure the apartments that have been re-done are nicer than the one I got, but I can’t really complain. Some things are just a lil ratchet like the hood in the kitchen not being over the stove but everything works just fine. The balcony is a pretty sick bonus tho.
|Recommended: YesThis apartment is nice with good view — It nice to live here.
|Recommended: YesExpensive and don’t get enough for how much money it costs — Too expensive and places aren’t really updated
|Recommended: YesWouldn’t Come Back If I didn’t have to — So many extra expressive and fees they add on.
|Recommended: YesGreat view — Good place to stay with a great view.
