Otto’s House features seven thoughtfully designed apartments, offering a mix of cozy studios and charming one-bedroom layouts. The studio apartments are comfortable and affordable, featuring hardwood or carpeted floors, bright windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a separate sleeping area for added privacy. One-bedroom units (1–4) offer beautiful wood floors, spacious kitchens with room for a small table, and an abundance of windows that create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Apartment B, a one-bedroom on the lower level, provides a warm and budget-friendly living space with hardwood floors in the bedroom. All apartments include heat, and on-site laundry is available for residents’ convenience..
