Princeton Kendall
Princeton Kendall Apartments has a mix of three and four bedroom apartments with several floor plans to choose from. The open kitchens have dishwashers and many have breakfast bars. The four bedroom apartments, and one of the three bedroom apartments are two stories with spiral staircases leading to the second story. All of the apartments include heat and AC and one parking space.

|Recommended: YesPretty good for a college apartment — The apartment wasn't checked over or cleaned very well before moving in, however maintenance has done a decent job fixing things up. It's what you'd expect for a college apartment and for the size of the bedrooms and it's location, it's pretty good.
|Recommended: YesCool apartment — The apartment is very nice, and the neighborhood is also very calm. It was clean when we arrived and was easy to move into. One downfall is that we can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty much all the time, but otherwise still a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment horrible sound insulation — I love the apartment layout and its fixtures and features but you can hear EVERYTHINGGGGGG your roommates and neighbors are up to. The footsteps above us are so loud. Everything else is great but the sounds will take some getting used to.
