Russell Terrace
Russell Terrace Apartments has five unique apartments with all of the original detail from the late '30s. The one bedroom apartments have large living rooms with beautiful fireplaces, built in bookshelves, and an area that's perfect for a small office or dining table. There are also built-in china hutches and bookshelves and lots of storage. The lower level two bedroom apartment is a sunny space with wood floors, a fireplace, built in bookcases and hutches and lots of closet space. There is laundry on-site, heat is included, and parking is generally available to rent.

|Recommended: NoPoor maintenence and communication — I have called multiple times about pressing maintenance issues. The office staff is always nice and promises that maintenance will come, but the maintenance staff is either busy or can't fix the problems.
|Recommended: YesGreat decorative space, some outdated plumbing but very comfortable — It does have some outdated amenities and some plumbing issues. However, it is located right on the bus line, it is very comfortable. Great storage space and gorgeous decor.
|Recommended: YesGreat management-Kyle he is courteous, efficient and timely. — It's clean, quiet and a reasonably well maintained unit. Safe lighting outside. I really appreciated the washer dryer downstairs.
