|Recommended: YesExtra beds everywhere — The unit is great and the building is kept very clean. However, extra beds were given to several units by mistake and, after weeks of waiting for them to be collected by Steve Brown, they are still sitting in the hallway . There are half a dozen beds and bed frames sitting in the hallway. This is ridiculous and should have been addressed within 72 hours, not over a month after the lease has started. Other than this everything is fine.
|Recommended: NoTerrible — Steve Brown does absolutely nothing to fulfill their residents' needs, and we still have broken stuff from when we moved in not fixed
|Recommended: YesGreat overall service — Good provider in a space dominated by difficult real estate companies
|Recommended: NoThe administrative system issues have been a nightmare — not great
