Staffs are really nice Life is convenience since you can find trader Joe's and 7-11 really near However, it can be noisy if you live in a room facing south. There is a bar on the street and people will gather whenever there is a football game or Friday night.

The only downside is that since the building is located on a busy street it can get a little noisy.
