|Recommended: NoImpossible to reach anyone. No one is picking up the front desk phone, they only work during business hours, so you have to wait until the weekend if you work 9-5 to talk to someone. I tried emailing, I tried calling, but no one is around.
They marked me as moved out when I had another week of stay,so I had people come into my room, and I would find my stuff moved around, and there was no one to explain what happened or why. They didn't know about it either.I tried calling from work and talked to two different people and none were able to help or gave me a call back. I was finally able to figure it out because someone walked into my room when I was there and I was able to ask them what was happening yes my doors were locked, the staff have keys so they've been coming in and out. Yes I still had stuff in the living area and I was clearly not moved out .
I also still haven't received my security deposit back, its been 3 months since I moved out. No they are not picking up their phones.
|Recommended: YesGood Accommodation — Good place for a student to stay
|Recommended: NoOvercharge and dont care — When I first moved in, the elevator to my side of the building was broken for about a week and making entering and exiting extremely inconvenient. When I got renters' insurance, I had a useless charge of 4 claiming that my new policy was inactive, while it was not. I called the office about this, and a representative said I would be refunded. After a week, I was charged those 4, and when I spoke to someone at the office, they said they would take it up with accounting . useless charge, like most things with the administration here.
|Recommended: NoPersonal Experience — I have been trying to get my dishwasher fixed since i’ve moved in and it’s been a month of the staff not knowing more than me and the maintenance staff not coming to complete their order
|Recommended: NoIssues — The water quality is really poor and common spaces like gym,rec area, study area are really dirty with dust and lack of cleanliness

|Recommended: NoFine but not great — Overall, you get what you pay for with these apartments. If someone were in need of cheap housing and didn't have any other options I would send them here but otherwise no. When we moved in, our apartment didn't even seem like it was cleaned at all. The trash rooms are disgusting with trash and takeout containers lining the floor. Also, the package delivery system is so disorganized and not well maintained at all. I have never received a notification that a package was delivered for me. This place could be really nice with their common areas and ammenities, but it's not maintened very well at all.
|Recommended: NoOverall, good place to live for a student. Rooms are smaller for sharing if you're doubling, but furniture included is pretty nice. Noise is loud at times since you're right across from two bars, and the police and fire-station is right behind you, but you get used to it. You're also near the stadium, so game days get pretty crazy. Otherwise, great location near campus, bus stops, grocery, and food. The community spaces are really nice, but the garbage rooms aren't the cleanest either, or the most well-kept. Laundry is free, but sometimes very crowded. You manage the heating and cooling yourself through the wall ac and vents with knobs that can be adjusted. As someone who got a Classic apartment, the kitchen size and storage was small, but worked. Depending on your neighbors, walls are thin at times. Maintenance was handled immediately, and the Staff has been extremely nice. Donut place connected great for a snack or an on-site job, or cheap coffee in the morning. Wifi is great too.
