|Recommended: YesI love living here at Regent — Although the location is quite far away from academic buildings, other than that I enjoy most things here.
|Recommended: YesGood place close to campus — The place is nice and secure and close to campus
|Recommended: YesGreat Student Housing — The rooms are nice, and I appreciate being able to have my own lease that's flexible to me.
|Recommended: YesLiving from 2018-Aug to 2020-Dec, the memory here is very good, room clean and quiet, staff are very good. I will visit here if I have chance to visit Madison in the future.
|Recommended: YesIt was a good accommodation for my short term — The property is super flexible to an extent you won't find in Madison. It is also a great value for the fact there is a gym and study area onsite, plus a lot of great places to go on Regent.
|Recommended: YesGood — nice place
|Recommended: YesGood — Good and convenient
|Recommended: YesThe Noise from the Bar is Very Annpying — Everything in Regent Apartment is good except for the existence of the bar across the street. Too noisy at night. Sometimes there even are noises at 1 00 a.m. With low pitched bass vibrating, I cannot fall asleep without a headset. Very uncomfortable wearing these to sleep.
The maintenence staff is nice and very capable in doing his work Very appreciative of his timely help.
|Recommended: YesGood location and quiet apartments — The location of the apartments is convenient for students that want to live off campus but still be within walking distance of most campus activities. The apartments are average sized and offer private bedrooms with a common living space although some udates could be performed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and basically hassle free when utilizing the online requests. Price is comparable to other apartments nearby.
|Recommended: YesGood — Nice place, cost preference is high
|Recommended: YesSolid all around and very convenient option — Very convenient to live and the short term lease option is really nice if you have a co-op or are graduating in December. Only minor complaint is that the heating system is a little dated and creates creaking noises in the wall due to thermal expansion. Overall one of the best apartments I have lived at.
|Recommended: NoNot great — definitely NOT worth the money, very overpriced. other people I know have the same size apartment, if not bigger ,
with generous commodities and onsite laundry for much less.
|Recommended: YesGood — good public area
|Recommended: NoCold — Almost every day I need to wear down jacket in this apartment. I do not know where the heat is. Today there is 19 F outside, but I cannot feel the heat either.
|Recommended: YesConvenient and you get what you pay — Its location is strategic, the cost is pretty cheap compared to other apartments. The laundry is free, which is extremely nice. It also has a game room, and that is neat.
