|Recommended: NoNot Impressed — I have had multiple issues since the beginning of the school year with air conditioning and heating and none of them have been dealt with properly. When I moved in my apartment was dirty. Maintenance had to fix our air condition 4 times, and none of which was in a timely fashion. I am very frustrated overall.

|Recommended: YesProperty well kept, staff willing to help — Rooms are spacious and the staff are very helpful with questions and concerns. The stairwells and trash rooms are a tad disgusting but otherwise the overall upkeep of the building is great. Would recommend if price is not a major turn-off.

|Recommended: YesGood choice for on-campus housing — I got a single room and it's fantastic. The noise cancellation is great we're right next to Camp Randall and I can't even hear it on gameday , the rooms are nice, the heating and A C both work, and as far as I've experienced, the administration is pleasant. I have nothing bad to say.
|Recommended: YesGood — Quiet, clean, friendly fast acting staff. My experience has been good living here the building is nice and all the amenities are great. Only downfall is that I think I toured a different apartment than I ended up getting, also there are only minor problems with my apartment like outdated bathroom features, dirty areas next to stove, under fridge, and stuff like old caulk. All in all though, no serious problems.
|Recommended: YesLike a hotel — The service and conditions are really good. Except for noise, I can hear neighbors talking or even clicking mouse. But I guess it is still better than most apartments in this region.
