|Recommended: NoCrazily Noisy , low efficiency, average cleanliness but nice front desk staff and security system. — don't live here. the money doesn't worth it. The company is really capitalistic.
the noise is killing me.
|Recommended: YesGood — good service
|Recommended: YesWind as noise — The only thing I am concerned is, the wind sometime can be too loud for sleep.
|Recommended: YesAn Alright Place — It's in a nice location, and the staff are extremely helpful However, it's extremely easy to hear other apartment rooms. If your neighbors play music on speakers late at night, like mine, you may be forced to stay awake...
Besides that though, I can't think of anything else that would stop people from wanting to live here.
|Recommended: YesGreat — great
|Recommended: YesThere is never any parking available and it’s frustrating because I pay for it — I like it here.
|Recommended: YesGood — good
|Recommended: YesNot to bad and nice geographic place for Engineering or business students — I choose the regent apartment mostly because it's geographic place. It is 10-15 minutes walk to Nicholas or Grainger hall where I have my classes. Markets like trader joe and Asian Midway Food is also about 10-15 minutes to walk. The most convenient bus is No.6 and No.82, And other buses like 2, 4, 15, 80 or 7 are 8-10minutes walk away.
|Recommended: YesNot too bad — For this price it is all right, but don't have a very high expectation.

|Recommended: YesProximity to University — Living here is nice because the apartment is relatively close to the University. A nice number of stores are also not too far.
|Recommended: YesNot bad — Not bad
|Recommended: NoOverpriced — I'd tell them it's a fine apartment, but that it's only worth approx 800 a month instead of 5 payments of 1100 before parking and a facilities fee for four months of living here. If this had not been my only real option I would not be living here and I think that the way they increase the price to take advantage of people only staying for one semester should be considered criminal. However like almost every other aspect of college we just take the price increase with a smile because there really isn't any other choice. Other than that, it's fine. And if someone could replace the pool cues that'd be awesome, other people have broken all of the tips off of them.
|Recommended: YesGood — It is very comfortable
