|Recommended: YesThe Regent is convenient and clean — The apartments themselves have a nice layout, and even if you're sharing a room, the bedrooms are big enough that they don't feel crowded. The elevators sometimes take a while to reach floors in the morning, but generally the facilities work well.
|Recommended: NoWhere do I start I went to help move my daughter into her first Regent apartment. As we opened the door we were blown away by the smell in the apartment… it smelled awful She opened the door to her room and we encountered a whole new horrible smell. My parents owned an apartment building so I grew up cleaning and turning over apartments… They always painted and throughly cleaned before each tenant moved in… There was clearly no painting done because I spent the weekend scrubbing the walls, there was some sort of Vaseline type substance on the walls, door knobs and bathroom shower. SO GROSS The carpet was Disgusting Clearly not deep cleaned and piles of dust and dirt alone the floorboards. I was not impressed by any aspect of the apartment. When we found where the trash went the door was propped open and garbage was piled over half way up the wall. It smelled SO NASTY My daughter’s window in her room did not open and no fan in the bathroom. So disappointed…
