|Recommended: YesHome away from home — I recently moved in as an immediate move in. Everyone among the staff was so helpful. Garrett gave me a tour and helped me to move in on the exact same day He even stayed overtime for more than a hour just to make sure I can get the apartment that day only as per my needs. As I came from another state, I was exhausted and this was so much helpful Service is pretty good, rooms are nice and spacious. I like the fact that there are plenty of options for fitness like gym, outdoor sports etc. The atmosphere is very much like home
|Recommended: YesThe sevice is good — The staff are all friendly with the customers but the efficiency of the maintenance cannot make us satisfied. The elevators are often out of order which make us inconvenient in and out.
|Recommended: YesCustomer service Jordan — Jordan was so very nice in helping me when I got locked out. He is always professional and courteous. Happy with the experience with staff. Thanks.
|Recommended: NoParking — I pay for parking each month and my car gets sideswiped by someone in the lot. Regent has no cameras so I do not even know who is responsible. Also, there are huge potholes in the lot that need to be fixed. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend. Changes need to be made.
|Recommended: YesMeh, it works — The Regent has all the amenities that you need to live pretty comfortably. I feel like the Regent classic models are what you would envision a college student living in -- nothing fancy but it works. I would recommend living here, however, it needs to be made clear that they SHOULD NOT be expecting any of the appliances, furniture, and amenities to be very nice although the urban models seem to be significantly nicer and newer . Although the staff is very friendly, the management definitely has issues with following up on maintenance orders. My roommate and I were unable to use the dishwasher for a month due to a leaking gasket shortly after moving in. Management claims that most issues are resolved within 2 days which is not what we have experienced. Additionally, due to the dishwasher, the trimming and the cabinet next to the dishwasher experienced a lot of water damage. It has been an entire school semester and the management still has yet to replace the damaged items despite our multiple requests and their promises to address it. All that being said, the Regent is in a nice location, it is in close proximity to the Engineering center and Trader Joe's. Other than some clearly outdated appliances that can cause some mild annoyances, the Regent is like a three star hotel where it has everything you need and you're like, yeah it's okay. It's not the best, but it works .
|Recommended: YesBasically great — basically i enjoyed living here and the staffs are very nice
|Recommended: YesIts decent — if you need a 9 month lease ite pretty decent over here
|Recommended: YesHigh quality living that is affordable — It is a great place to live and very affordable. The rooms are nice and the location is very convenient.
|Recommended: NoInternet and elevator — I am not content about the internet, elevator in Regent. I feel angry about that.
|Recommended: NoPoor for the price — If you ever need to do homework, stay at a university building because the internet goes out at least once a month. Also, a lot of things are just falling apart, so the upkeep isn't great.
|Recommended: YesGood overall — Regent is convenient for engineering majors, because of its location. Overall, the apartment is good.
|Recommended: YesGreat — I like this apartment. Friendly staff, convenient location for UW-madison, sciences-related majors
|Recommended: NoI'm not a big fan of the property — I don't particularly like living here. The air conditioner is only in the living room, so my bedroom gets very hot. We cannot control the heat in our apartment, so it gets very hot in here in the winter. I don't like sleeping with my window open in the winter but have to because otherwise I am sweating. The furniture is nice, but not very comfortable. There is a huge lack of storage space in the kitchen, which makes it difficult to store food and Tupperware cooking materials. I do love the size of the closets and I like the double sinks in the bathroom.
