This beautiful Tudor style building was built in 1929 and still has all of its original charm! There are five large two bedroom units. The upper four units have wood floors and fireplaces. You will also find dining rooms, kitchen pantries, linen closets and private 3-season porches overlooking a shared backyard.

submitted by Nate M. - |Recommended: YesMy wife and I really enjoy our apartment and the location is fantastic for her schooling and proximity to my work. — We would say that it is worth the money that you pay for all of the features that we have access to and being in downtown which gives us an opportunity to enjoy all that downtown Madison has to offer.

Note I don't have a car, so I don't know about parking. The reason I gave grounds 4 stars is because of the dip in the sidewalk out front that becomes a lake at times, requiring going through the bushes to get out the front door.
