|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with solid quality and quiet atmosphere — I’ve had a very positive experience living at Bergamont Townhomes overall. The community is quiet, well maintained, and feels comfortable and safe. Parking availability is excellent, which is a huge plus, and noise has never really been an issue — it’s a peaceful place to come home to.
The grounds are consistently clean, and the construction quality of the townhomes themselves is solid. The units feel well built and thoughtfully designed, which makes day-to-day living enjoyable.
Maintenance and property staff are generally good, though there’s occasionally room for improvement in responsiveness or communication. That said, issues do get addressed, and it hasn’t taken away from my overall experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend living here. It’s a well-kept community with a calm environment and strong fundamentals that make it a great place to live.
