Woodland Village Apartments
Woodland Village Apartments are located on the east side of Oregon, Wisconsin, just off Hwy. 138. Each unit has oversized bedrooms and living rooms and a separate dining area. The L-shaped kitchens offer all of the basics with plenty of room and pantry storage. Many of the apartments have been recently remodeled. You'll also appreciate the large patios and balconies, ample closet space and the available garages that can be used for parking or additional storage. These large apartments are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Oregon, Wisconsin with lots of parks and open spaces. These apartments are adjacent to everything that the city of Oregon has to offer.

|Recommended: NoYou get what you pay for- mostly — Our entire unit has smelled of cigarette smoke since we moved in. Maintenance said they treated it, but it only slightly helped. This is frustrating due to it being a non-smoking building. The water fee is much more than what we would use if we just paid for water outright. Other than that it's pretty decent here.
|Recommended: YesSecurity locked building, clean, quiet, dog friendly, large apartments, ample parking, great snow removal and attention to the grounds. It’s older but price is reasonable for the area and you don’t find many places with the square feet these apartments have. My floors are all faux wood. Maintenance has been good and timely. I really have nothing to complain about.
