submitted by Rachael R. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, spacious apartment — Very nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It's in a pretty quiet location with easy access to Madison. Staff is on top of fixing issues that come up. Can hear upstairs neighbor walking slightly, but not super loud. Great place
submitted by Leah B. - |Recommended: NoThe Neighbors are annoying. If they don’t like something your doing, they will complain to corporate. People are too uptight here.
submitted by William C. - |Recommended: YesWell maintained, nice people in the community — Nice apartments well maintained grounds and maintenance seems to be very on top of everything
submitted by David D. - |Recommended: NoThere’s a lot of improvement needed. — You will pay a lot of money in rent to see garbage piled high and overflowing the dumpster area constantly. You will pay a lot of money in rent to park on the other side of the parking lot three units or more away and there’s nothing management feels they can do to fix it like signing a parking space to a unit. You will park far away and have to carry or walk your sick kids or carry stuff pretty far away from your unit, and your concern will be heard but nothing done about it. The management will do nothing about a dog that sits and barks all day anytime someone comes to the entrance or jumps and barks at you or your kids while we are trying to get to our apartment while the owner is trying to shove the dog in the apartment. I have two young boys that fit the most part stay quite in the hallways or I correct them when they don’t. I have to hear teenagers running up and down the hallways all he’s off the night. I pay enough money to not have to deal with this and a management that doesn’t do anything about it. When i called to tell a receptionist or management member about the broke washer I was told I NEED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO FIX IT. Are you kidding me not my job that’s why I pay rent. If I had another place to go I would. I would not recommend someone move here I pay way to much for nothing.

submitted by Megan P. - |Recommended: YesA Great place to start out in, and they will help in any way they can — I love it here It super nice and big for a Great Price
submitted by Susana V. - |Recommended: YesQuiet and friendly — I've lived in two different apartments in two separate buildings and they both have mildew issues that seem to just be covered over by paint when new tenants move in. the paint job is also pretty bad. Steve Brown isn't giving the maintanance crew enough time to paint or fix the apartment prior to renting. also upon moving in, the carpet was still wet and it smelled like cat pee... that was irritating to get out. the staff is nice and helpful and maintnence is friendly.
submitted by Mark A. - |Recommended: YesPotholed parking lot but otherwise good place to live — It’s been a fairly quiet, peaceful place to live with a good mix of family, retirees, and young couples. There are children and pets around but they have never been a nuisance. Overall I can’t imagine things being much better, with the exception of the parking lot being in rough shape. There are potholes at the entry from the street and near the dumpster that are horrendous and dangerous for walkers.

submitted by Nicholas D. - |Recommended: YesWoodland village — At first we had our problems. The carpets weren’t cleaned until the day Of move in so we couldn’t move stuff in until the carpet dried. It was out of managements hands but they still covered the cost of storing our stuff in the moving truck.
submitted by Jenna J. - |Recommended: YesSteve Brown — At first we had our issues but everyone is pleasant and friendly
submitted by Brian H. - |Recommended: YesOverall good place for the price — Great price, clean grounds and responsive management group.
submitted by Andrew M. - |Recommended: YesThe property has a well kept yard — The maintenance crew is really good about getting things fixed in a timely fashion, I would deffenetly tell friends to live here
submitted by Wendie B. - |Recommended: YesComfortable space for the cost — Apartment is well maintained and tenants are respectful and quiet. Not having central air and heat is not the greatest, but does help to keep utility costs low.
