Resident Reviews
|Recommended: NoMy apartment was not clean — My apartment was not cleaned properly after the previous resident - during a pandemic this is especially disturbing. Still waiting for maintenance to contact me about cleaning the carpeting and some other issues with the unit. Unit is overall nice, but it's really gross to have to move into a dirty space.
|Recommended: YesUpdated and spacious — Everything seems updated and taken care of well enough. A few spots of wear tear throughout apartment but nothing major at all. Looking forward to living here the next year.
|Recommended: YesIts pretty good — i got no problems here
|Recommended: YesNice place — Appliances are good and a good amount of space.
|Recommended: YesCute and convenient place close to Epic's campus — High ceilings, large windows, beautiful countertop kitchen bar, wooden cabinets, big bathroom - I have no complaints Also, I got a studio but it's basically a 1-bedroom apartment with the way that it's laid out.
|Recommended: YesNice Place, Slowly Becoming More Central — The building itself is nice, and I've never had any issue with the neighbors. At times I can hear hallway noise through the door or noise outside, but it's nothing like a college dorm where I'm hearing people through the walls. Appliances seem to be the biggest issue within days of moving in, my washing machine was malfunctioning, and within months, my fire alarm needed to be replaced. The alarm also seems to think the oven is the devil if it's open for longer than 5 seconds. The dishwasher also seems to have its own quirks. The maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful, though.
Whether this is a positive or a negative is up to you, but as of my writing this there's going to be a shopping strip in front of the property and a high school behind it. If you like living in the middle of things, great If you wanted somewhere out of the way, well, the main part of town is further out still.
|Recommended: NoHigh price for cheap quality. — I dont know where to begin. To start it constantly sounds like my upstairs neighbor is throwing a temper tantrum. I can hear literally every step they make like they are stomping. What makes it worse is I think they have a pet and I constantly hear them late into the night. Next the appliances are super cheap. I sleep with earplugs and the refrigerator will wake me up at night. Honestly everything in general is just cheap and is in bad shape. All before moving in, my floor had dips in it, trim is coming of of the walls, and the faucets are dirty and have limescale everywhere. I will be moving out as soon as I can.
|Recommended: YesCollin really sold us on the place — Overall nice place.
|Recommended: YesI Like Living Here — That's pretty much the review. This is a good, clean apartment complex. The neighbors are friendly, and nobody drives me insane. I've had no major issues.
|Recommended: YesLovely and Quiet Apartments — I enjoy living at the West End. The apartment units are spacious and being in a corner unit, I rarely hear neighbors. It's very dog friendly so I definitely recommend it if you have a pup. So far we haven't had any issues with appliances and everything he seems to work well.
|Recommended: NoNeeds work — I have been living here for about 4 years and within the past year the west end apartments priorities have seem to have gone way down hill since the leasing office has left here. We have no outdoor street lights, and there is a light knocked over by the grounds people that has yet to be replace so you can see at night in the court yard. Concerns of the residents seem to go in one ear and out the other. There is construction all around the buildings now so it is impossible to even be home during the day due to the noise and for the amount it costs to live here it is becoming ridiculous.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty good. — It's nice and close to Epic.
|Recommended: YesProperty is good overall, but is getting older and repairs are being done, while some are still needed. — Very comfortable and safe. Dog friendly, but needs a fenced in area like many other apartment complexes.
|Recommended: NoNice apartments, sound travels, poor maintenance team — The apartments are very nice, but sound travels well in the apartments. The maintenance staff has been unsatisfactory, taking over a week to respond to tickets, no communication about when they intend to come to the apartment, and no documentation of what they've done. Additionally, I've had items stolen from the apartment coinciding with maintenance visits. This would be a nice apartment complex to live in, but the maintenance staff has left me wanting to leave.
|Recommended: YesGood convient quiet place to live — Its like any other bougie apartment. Very easygoing
