submitted by Kyle C. - |Recommended: YesVery good property, no maintenance work available inside and out and thin walls — It's a great and beautiful place to live Just be prepared to never get maintenance requests solved or for the amenities grill, grass to be maintained frequently.

There was a bit of noise and construction on the new Verona high school starts early each morning, but the complex is well maintained and the neighbor's are pleasant.

The construction workers take up valuable parking and congest the area from 7am to 5pm. The construction zone makes quite a but of noise for residants especially when they blast dynamite. -The location of these apartments was quite convenient and quant when I first moved in. Downfalls are all the new structures coming to that location, especially for my neighbors who own pets and enjoyed the grassy lots for fetch. -Wish the cleaners cleaned the entryway walls. Pretty sure blood and mud can be found on the main entry of 152 near mailboxes . This has been there for 6-7 months, being generous with the timing here. -Parking was typically congested outside in the lots, especially when moving trucks were parked there usually taking up 2 stalls . Really annoying when vehicles parked in lot months and months at a time without ever moving. -Loved most of the neighbors I saw. Really enjoyed watching dogs run in my backyard, also every Sunday I was fortunate enough to watch a father and son play catch with a football and baseball. Quite refreshing in today's day and age. -Cost of living in these apartments is quite ridiculous, even for someone making 60,000. Clearly apartments are geared to EPIC employees, but please know not everyone works at EPIC. -There is the most disgusting patio on the main entry side of 152. The individual has a rotting deer hid, a deer skull in a bucket and quite a bit of other junk on his patio. Quite disturbing to walk by everyday. -Apartment has great lighting both fixture and natural.

submitted by Timothy W. - |Recommended: YesVery Adequate, be nice if rent was little less — Overall a very nice experience. When I reported a serious issue, maintenance had it fixed the next day. Staff has been a joy to talk with every time so far, have events now and then. Have never had issues with neighbors being loud. Parking lot always has space. Apartment interior looks nice, solid appliances. Main page of webpage calls themselves high-end apartments, but would not really consider anything about the apartment high-end, so rent could be a little less than it is, but otherwise very satisfied.
response from property -Thank you for the feedback. We'll take a look at the language we've been using luxury as the top level and then high-end as the next level. I can see how out of our internal context high-end could be misleading.
submitted by Scott F. - |Recommended: NoOverall Decent — The apartments themselves are solid, could improve the materials used most seem builder grade. The new 2 day grace period on payments is too little, it should at least be 2 business days to account for weekends when banks won't process payments work paychecks .
response from property -Thanks for the feedback, Scott. I believe someone followed up re. the late fees it's considered late on the third business day. If there are still questions or concerns please let me know: [email protected].
submitted by Karen - |Recommended: YesComfortable and convenient — Great location near highway. Across the road from Epic. Perfect location for new employees Apartments are well laid out. Your own washer and dryer.
response from property -Thank you, Karen!
