They will always help you when you meet any problem. Many thanks to their effort to make it a friendly community for everyone under this uncertain time. I will definitely miss you guys when I look back at my first year in Madison.

|Recommended: YesLow price, thin walls, loud next door bar on weekends — The place is a great value, puts everything at a set price, is furnished, and free laundry The issues that I see are about noise, the walls are so thin that if I talk normally, my neighbor can hear me. The next door bar is also really loud on weekends, just expect to wear headphones or get used to the noise during the day on weekends. The cars are okay, not an issue at night, the day is as you'd expect. Also the packages are stored safely, many other cheap apartments just go off the trust system while Regent requires a worker to get it. Overall The Regent is a low static price with a small but okay room with the only issue being sound. I have a studio apartment
