|Recommended: YesReally good apartment — Really good apartment. Only issue is slight noise from other apartments not that bad . Also, when there was a mess all over the floor by the elevator, it took at least a week and a half for it to get cleaned. Not that surprising because of Covid-19 though.
|Recommended: YesCost-Effectvie apartment — The regent apartment is near the engineering college and also convenient for someone who worked at Union South. I have work in residential halls and bus lines also provide me more outgoing options.
|Recommended: YesLove it — The staff members are extremely helpful and it is a nice place to live as a college student.
|Recommended: YesClean and affordable — The rooms are large and affordable to live alone. The academic year lease is great so we do not pay for months we do not want to.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartment — The Regent offers a great apartment experience, providing residents with everything they need as well as kind staff who are always prepared to help.
|Recommended: YesIt's a lovely place. I like living her a lot. — The Regent is a great place to live. Its close to campus, the proximity to stores and restaurants is really nice. You close to downtown without having all the craziness of downtown.
|Recommended: YesGood Apartment — It's defintely a good apartment, it has fantastic utilities and friendly staff. I think it is very affordable even with a parking lease.
|Recommended: YesThis apartment has everything necessary at a low price — The staff is nice and the apartment allows for your basic necessities without comprising your freedom.
|Recommended: NoNot ideal — The air conditioner is always broken for some reason and could never be fixed, or would take years to be fixed. Maintenance people come and go, leave the AC Unit still broken as hell. Also when signing the lease, never believe anyone except the manager, especially the front desk, who tell so many untruthful information.

|Recommended: YesNice — People are really nice, but the apartment is too noisy.
|Recommended: YesSome suggestions to The Regent Apartment — Firstly, I suggest installing surveillance cameras for delivery food drop-off table and parking lot because my friends' food and bicycle was stole by someone. We felt unsafe and nervous for our delivery food and bicycle. Secondly, I think the carpets in the elevator and in the hallway are dirty and sometimes some socks and pants from nowhere were left in the hallway for a week. I don't know the regular cleaning has done every week or every day. Thirdly, sometimes I and my roommate will feel earthquake when big truck is driving nearby. I don't know whether the ground of this building has some problem. By the way, I'm living in room 801 now. Fourthly, sometimes I can hear noise from neighbor. However, the worst thing is that sometimes I felt my wall of my bedroom is vibrating and I don't where is the strong sound wave came from. Fifthly, I think the wall between living room and bedroom is not so soundproof.
Finally, I would like to praise Clarence. Because I think he knows a lot of details about this apartment and leasing. He often solves my problem very effectively and quickly. And other employees who worked in day time make me confused when I asked some questions. Maybe it's a communication problem of mine or communicative skill difference between Clarence's and others'. Around two months ago, he was in charging of delivering packages to each room. I would rate 5 stars out of 5 of him.
|Recommended: NoWoest apartment ever The numbers never add up, and the lease stuff really need to take some alg classes. They make you pay for the mistake they made and told me that I should always read the contract before signing Thank you for teaching me such an important life lesson that I should always read the contract and never rent from Steve Browns ever
|Recommended: YesGood living place — People here are friendly, and all the facilities are convenient to use. Basicly you can do all the things you want including discussion, study, excercise and parties. And this place is in the center of UW Madison. You can easily go to any departments, as well as shopping streets. In a word, if you can accept the price here, it will be one of the best living place you should consider.
|Recommended: YesOverall a good place to live — It is affordable and good to live in here Although it is easy to hear the noise from your neighbors. All equipment is good and all staffs are so friendly It is a nice community and I would love to live here again.
