|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — I really enjoy living at The Regent. My apartment is clean and modern, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the amenities of the apartment are great. The other apartments in Madison that I have lived at have all had problems with humidity, hot water shortages, security, etc. Everything at The Regent, however, has run very smoothly for me. I have not had any problems with my apartment, and I feel very safe and comfortable here.
I frequently use the fitness center and the study rooms, and the inclusion of laundry internet at a flat rate is extremely convenient as well
I would highly recommend The Regent to other students in the area.

|Recommended: YesIts small but homey — It's a very nice apartment that has everything you need. It may not be the biggest of spaces but it's enough. Also the staff are vey helpful and always available making things super convenient if you ever have a problem. My only complaint is that it's location is kinda inconvenient when it comes to noise due to the fact it's right next to Camp Randall so game days do suck but at least there are only a few game days
