submitted by Zhixing X. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment near campus — The staffs are very nice and helpful, and the building facilities are convenient to use. The location is in walking distance to campus and there are plenty of places around for dining and groceries. Also the online rent payment system saved me a lot of time every month.

submitted by Neema M. - |Recommended: YesIt's okay. — It's convenient to live at Regent because it's near campus and includes some good amenities. However, I have encountered a lot of issues during my stay here. The apartment was dirty when my roommates and I moved in. Also, the carpet looked dead and it sucks that the front desk doesn't have any proper functioning vacuums. Please buy new vacuums Also, I find that charging the same rent to all tenants even though the room sizes differ, for the 3 bedroom apartment units, is wrong especially because the room gets assigned to you. Still, I do like that this place offers a 9 months rental lease which allows me more flexibility. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if looking for an apartment close to campus.
submitted by Raquelle S. - |Recommended: YesFriendly and Helpful Staff — Due to a previous nightmare living situation I had to move in the middle of the semester. The Regent staff was extremely helpful and made the move a seamless transition. So glad I looked at Regent Apartments

submitted by Morgan S. - |Recommended: YesGood for a semester lease — Small living space, expensive for the semester lease, but a good option for just a single semester. Great location for engineering campus and regent street for the football games.
submitted by Hubert W. - |Recommended: YesVery good apartments for students — The staff is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained. The building itself is right off campus and it's on a convenient bus line as well. Overall, no complaints.
response from property -Thank you, Hubert!
submitted by Bryant S. - |Recommended: YesCollege Apartments — It's a cheap apartment that meets expectations for a college living space.
submitted by Jenna H. - |Recommended: YesGood place to live — Staff is very approachable. Rooms have good layout, nice sized rooms. Laundry is sometimes an issue since there aren't many washers and dryers.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback, Jenna. We'll take a look at laundry room usage and see if adjustments can be made.
