The staff is nice and helpful, maintenance is very responsive. The paid parking is great. The furniture and overall construction is adequate, but could be updated. Its unfortunate that you can't control the heat of your apartment because it gets a little warmer than I'd prefer. Overall, it's a great place for students.

Moreover, the location is very convenient for residents due to there is a bus stop across the road and it is not too far from the campus. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. It is really a nice place to stay.

|Recommended: YesThe Regent is an great apartment choice — The Regent's location and facilities make it a prime apartment with the best of on-campus and off-campus worlds. It's close to Union South and relatively close to the Engineering Hall, Chemistry Building, and Biotechnology Building, making it convenient for STEM majors to stay at. The rent is perfectly reasonable, and it has free internet, electricity, and laundry, which are all great The exercise and study facilities means it's not necessary to walk to another place to study. The only problem I have with The Regent isn't with the apartment itself. Rather, its location on Regent Street means that emergency vehicles and loud people on the street, especially at night or during football games, can be distracting annoying.
