submitted by Nicole S. - |Recommended: YesEasy living for studnets within walking distance of campus — Staff is friendly and helpful, even when things might not be quite right with your apartment. Maintenance is prompt even for non-severe issues. My favorite part about living at The Regent is only having to worry about one bill to pay, everything is included. As a student, it is very helpful to only worry about paying one reoccurring bill per month. The lighting in the units isn't ideal in the living room and bedrooms but a lamp is a quick, cheap fix for that. I have rarely experienced noise problems from neighbors while living here.

response from property -Thanks for the feedback, Jialin. There are 7 or 8 football home games a year and we're just about through the season the last home game will be November 18th.
submitted by Zhuoyang W. - |Recommended: YesGreat except for noise — it's a comfortable place to live, the stuff are friendly. Its only shortcoming is that when it comes to Game Day, it's super noisy outside, which disturbed my life.
response from property -Thanks for the feedback, Zhuoyang. It will get better soon  there are just 7 or 8 football home games a year. The last home game this year is 11/18.

submitted by Siyu T. - |Recommended: YesSecure and comfortable apartment with friendly staffs — The security facility is well-built and runs 24 hours a day. A public study room, gym, entertainment room comes together with the rent. The lease is flexiable for 9 months or a whole year. The staffs are friendly and ready for help almost 20 hours a day.

submitted by Ke T. - |Recommended: YesGood — It's ok and not too expensive. The only thing is when you live on a low floor and near the road, it would be noisy.
