|Recommended: NoIt is SO expensive for a crappy apartment. — I would tell them it is terrible. The layout is awful. It is not clean, and impossible to get clean. Also, the walls are paper thin. We have been experiencing a super loud annoying noise. When we complained, they said it was something with the electronics for the bathrooms. We waited a month for them to fix it, and when they said they did. The noise came back so we asked for a reduction in rent because this place is overpriced in the first place , then they magically changed their story and the noise was from a neighbor instead. Finally, there are not enough washing machines or dryers, and there are always ones broken. It's terrible.
|Recommended: NoNot worth the Rent — Overpriced, small, cheaply made and poorly maintained apartments
|Recommended: YesRegent is a good place to live overall — I really have no complaints other than the fact that they will not fix the elevator on our side of the building, so we either always have to take stairs or take a different elevator much further from our room. For us it isn't that bad because we are only on the third floor, but there are people who live all the way up on the eighth... That's one of the most important amenities here and it is broken. Other than that, everything else is fine and what you would pretty much expect.
|Recommended: YesGood — its nice
|Recommended: YesGreat place, friendly staff, and safe place to live — Great place with friendly staff and very clean
|Recommended: YesBang for your buck — It is a good value for what the price of living is.
|Recommended: YesI like it. — Calm.
|Recommended: YesIt is an all around great place to live — It is a very nice place and quiet enough to do homework, while at the same time it is good for socializing and making new friends. It is all around the best apartment I have lived at in my three years at UW Madison, and I plan on living there again next year.
|Recommended: NoIt's close — It's close to campus🤷🏻♂️
|Recommended: YesSolid — My only real complaint living at the Regent was the location because it is quite far from the main hub of campus, but for engineers, and for years with football games the, location is good.
|Recommended: YesNice, Clean, fairly priced — It's a pretty decent place. Close to campus and the price isn't too bad. It's pretty quiet even on weekends and it's kept very clean. The fitness center on the main floor is a great bonus.
|Recommended: Yes8 — yes
|Recommended: NoPoorly Regulated Basketball Court — Sound insulation material of the building is poor. Plus the poorly regulated basketball court, it is a nightmare some people play basketball at 2.30 am in the morning, some others plays basketball at 8 am the same day. I cannot sleep when they are playing, and I was always waken up by the basketball noise either in midnights or in early mornings.
|Recommended: YesThe property is nice for the price — I would say that although it is far away, it is a good space.
|Recommended: YesIt's interesting — Well, you get an apartment with all the things you need for the price they show you.
